Why us

No surprises, on the roof or on the invoice

Most complaints about roofers come down to two things: work you cannot see, and a price that moved. We fixed both.

Weathered tile roof with cracked ridge pointing and moss, before repair — project 6
What we look for

Cracked pointing is where most leaks start

The ridge caps take the weather first. When the mortar lets go, water runs straight under the tiles — and the stain shows up on your ceiling a season later.

You see what we see

Every quote comes with photos from the roof itself. If we say a valley has rusted through, you get the picture of it.

Fixed price, not an estimate

The number we quote is the number you pay. No variations halfway through unless you ask for extra work.

Licensed and insured

Full public liability cover, with certificates sent before we start.

Built for Melbourne weather

Flexible pointing that moves with the roof, membranes rated for UV and driving rain.

Before & after

Drag the handle. Same roof, both times.

These are real jobs, photographed from the same spot before we started and after we finished. Grab the slider and see for yourself.

Our promise

You risk nothing by asking

Roofing has a reputation, and it was earned. Here is exactly what we commit to — before you let anyone near your roof.

The inspection costs you nothing

We get on the roof, photograph every problem we find, and hand you the report. If you decide not to go ahead, you keep the photos and owe us nothing.

The price is fixed before we start

You approve a written number, and that is the number on the invoice. If we find something extra, we show you the photo and you decide — we never just add it.

Ten years of workmanship warranty

If something we did fails within ten years, we come back and put it right at our cost. Manufacturer warranties on the materials sit on top of that.

What actually drives your price

No two roofs cost the same, and anyone quoting you over the phone without seeing yours is guessing. These are the four things we look at on the day.

Ask us on the phone
01 Roof size and pitch
A steep two-storey takes longer and needs more safety rigging than a single-storey hip.
02 Condition of the tiles
A handful of cracked tiles is nothing. Fifty of them is a different job.
03 State of the ridge capping
Re-bedding every cap is the slowest part of a restoration — and the part cowboys skip.
04 Access
Tight side gates and overhanging trees add time. We tell you before, not after.

Our work

Melbourne roofs we finished this year

Every photograph below is our own work, shot on the job. No stock imagery, and no other company's roofs.

Questions

The things people ask us most

If your question is not here, call us — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Yes. We are fully licensed and carry public liability insurance, and we are happy to send you the certificates before we start. Never let anyone on your roof who will not do the same.

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof and the condition of the tiles and ridge capping. We quote a fixed price after inspecting the roof in person — no estimates over the phone, and no variations once the price is agreed unless you ask for extra work.

Yes. We come out, get on the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a written fixed price. You are under no obligation.

Our workmanship. If something we did fails within ten years, we come back and put it right at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on the coating and materials sit on top of that.

A typical restoration is three to five working days. Repairs are usually same-day. A gutter replacement is one to two days. Melbourne weather can push things out — we will not coat a roof that is not fully dry, because it would not last.

No. All the work happens outside, and we only need access to the roof and a water tap. Plenty of our clients are at work the whole time.

Pressure cleaning does throw a lot of grime off the roof, so we sheet up and clean down afterwards. The site is left tidy — that is part of the job, not an extra.

We work right across metropolitan Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call us — if we cannot get to you we will say so straight away.
